If you’re looking to add a little international flavor to your holiday celebrations this year, look no further than the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays.
Featuring food, music, caroling, and traditions from around the world, it’s a great way to celebrate the season while learning about global traditions. The 2022 festival starts on November 25.

Experience Holiday Traditions from Around the World
As you make your way around the World Showcase, you’ll see holiday traditions come to life.
Enjoy a streetside concert in Mexico as the mariachi band plays local Christmas tunes. Then visit with Julenissen, a mischievous gnome in Norway. In the U.K., meet Father Christmas as he shares local holiday traditions and celebrate the New Year with talented dragon dancers in the China Pavilion.
Stop by the America pavilion to hear the stories of Hanukkah and Kwanzaa, and enjoy a meet-and-greet with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
Tasty Treats at Holiday Kitchens
Just like at other EPCOT festivals, the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays features pop-up kitchens with unique dishes and drinks from around the world.
This event’s menus focus on the foods traditionally served at Christmas, Hannukah, and New Year’s celebrations around the world. Whether you’re looking for something sweet or savory, adventurous or comforting, you’re sure to find it here. Plus, you’ll enjoy delicious seasonal desserts and entrées at Epcot’s restaurants.

- Cheese fondue (Germany)
- Latkes (L’Chaim! Hanukkah booth)
- Cranberry-cinnamon margaritas (Mexico)
- Bûche de Noël (Canada and France)
- Kālua pork (Hawaii)
- New Year’s soba noodles (Japan)
Be sure to save room for dessert.
There will be five cookie stations around the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. Buy a cookie and receive a passport stamp at each location. Once you’ve collected all the stamps, show your passport at Holiday Sweets and Treats and receive a bonus Christmas cookie.
Evening Candlelight Processional
Once the sun goes down, enjoy a beautiful candlelight processional.
A celebrity guest will read the biblical tale of Christmas and you’ll enjoy traditional carols sung by a choir and accompanied by an orchestra. Past guests have included Whoopi Goldberg, Neil Patrick Harris, Kurt Russell, and Orlando native Joey Fatone

Harmonious is an inspirational fireworks show that takes place over the lake in the middle of the park. You can watch the show from anywhere in the world showcase.
