Amazing value and fantastic hotel
We stayed here for two periods – one night and then 3 nights during our honeymoon trip. We got a great deal for a basic room with two double beds. However, Alonia at the front desk was absolutely amazing for us and upgraded us to the suite for the first night and then to a room with a king bed and large bathroom for our last 3 nights. We were extremely impressed with her, she was super friendly and we had some great conversations with her. We also got early check in both times we stayed (around 11am-12pm). The rooms were extremely clean. The bed and pillows were great. The bathrooms were spacious and well done with recently installed granite countertops. We always had clean towels in the bathrooms. The shower was good but some people might not like the shower curtain or the water pressure. They also had nice Samsung TVs in the room with plenty of options for cable. Microwave and mini fridge in the room. Rooms also have a safe which is easy to use. The AC was straight forward but it can only be on Cool or Heat when on. We didn’t try the breakfast buffet so can’t comment on it, but it was 8.99 + tax + 18% gratuity. When we checked out they also have a luggage scale that you can use – this saved us time at the airport as we discovered our checked baggage was overweight.
Overall we had a fantastic stay here and absolutely would come back and recommend it to friends and family. It’s not a 4 star hotel, but I would rate it at 3.5 stars.
Stayed here a few times and found it very friendly and the staff were good. The food here is good and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is ideal for the attractions on International Drive. The swimming pools are very good and well supervised.
