Rosen Centre presents a captivating three-course prix fix menu this year, with options including Cayman Island calamari, Jamaican jambalaya, and chocolate flan. Enjoy a tate of the islands at $40 per person (plus tax and gratuity). This year, for every Magical Dining menu ordered, the organization will donate up to $2 to a deserving local nonprofit. Reservations are strongly encouraged.
