We have 315 guest rooms. Our tower building has interior guest rooms meaning rooms open to an interior hallway. Our wing building has exterior guest rooms meaning rooms open to the outdoors. Guests in the tower building love that you can see Volcano Bay from some rooms.

Our guests are welcome to smoke in designated smoke areas that are away from the guest rooms. We do not allow smoking in the guest rooms nor in the hallways outside of the guest rooms.

Yes! We have ADA-approved guest rooms. Some include a lowered door viewer, lever handles on all doors, an accessible closet, visible and audible fire alarms, and closed caption on the TV. Our ADA-compliant bathrooms may include a lower towel rack, ADA-compliant toilet, roll-in shower, hand-held shower wand, and grab bars in the shower area. We have double-double guest rooms meaning ther are two double sized (full sized) beds in the guest room. We also have king rooms meaning there's one king size bed in the room. For your comfort and safety, we only allow up to five people in a double guest room and three people in a king guest room.
