Q: How old do you have to be to make guestroom reservations?
A: You have to be at least 18 years old.
Q: What are check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in is at 4 p.m. Check-out is by 11 a.m. Late check-out is available, but a fee may apply.
Q: What’s the check-in process?
A: When checking in, the person who made the reservation will have to present a credit card and government-issued ID bearing the same name as the one on the reservation. For visitors from out of the country, the person who made the reservation must also present a credit card and a valid passport bearing the same name as the one on the reservation.
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: Rosen Inn accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club/Carte Blanch, Encore, JCB, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

Q: Does Rosen Inn offer shuttle service to the airport and area attractions?
A: Rosen Inn offers free shuttles to Universal Orlando Resort™, and SeaWorld® Orlando; shuttles to Walt Disney World® theme parks are available for a nominal fee. Reservations are required for all shuttles and must be made in person at the Universal Partner Hotel Vacation Planning Center located in the hotel lobby one day (24 hours) in advance up to 30 minutes prior to departure. Q: What are my dining options?
A: Rosen Inn offers an excellent array of on-site restaurants, as well as light and to-go meals and snacks in our Lite Bite Mini-Market & Deli. Q: Do your restaurants offer specials for families?
A: The Palms Dining Room provides great value for families through a variety of options and our Kids Eat Free program, which allows children ages 5 and under to eat free at the buffet when accompanied by a paying adult. For more information, visit the Dining & Recreation page.
Q: What’s the legal drinking age in the United States?
A: 21 years of age. Government-issued photo ID must be presented to show proof of age in order to drink alcoholic beverages. Photocopies of IDs are unacceptable by law. International guests must present a valid passport as a form of identification.
Q: Are there any other on-site entertainment options?
A: Rosen Inn has a seasonally-heated swimming pool, a video arcade game room, outdoor walking areas, and International Pub serving great drink and food specials nightly.
Q: What are your parking arrangements?
A: Rosen Inn offers free, 24-hour-secured gated parking with plenty of room for buses and RVs.
Q: Is there an on-site car rental agency?
A: Car rentals can be made through Enterprise.
Q: How old do you have to be to rent a car?
A: Minimum rental age is 21 years old, although larger rental car agencies only accept drivers 25 years of age or older. The rental car agencies that accept younger drivers require the driver to present a credit card and charge extra “underage” fees. Check with your car rental agent for more information.

A: Every guestroom comes with an electronic safe large enough for a laptop, which is available to you at no charge.
Q: May I bring my pet?
A: Yes! Pets are welcome at Rosen Inn. For the safety of our guests, employees, we ask guests and their accompanying pets to follow a few basic rules and guidelines. There is a maximum of two pets per guestroom. Please check with the hotel for a full list of guidelines and fees or read the Pet Policy.
Q: Do you have non-smoking rooms available?
A: Every guestroom is non-smoking. There are designated smoking areas outside near the guestrooms.
Q: What accommodations are in the ADA compliant guestrooms?
A: ADA compliant guestrooms may include lever handles on all doors, transfer benches, lower towel rack, ADA compliant toilet, hand-held shower wand, an accessible closet, a strobe light on the fire alarm, grab bars, and closed captioning on the TV.

Q: What new travel procedures will be in practice at airports around the United States due to COVID-19?
A: TSA has released updated security procedures for air travel, including social distancing measures and touchless processes, as passengers move through security checkpoints. TSA is also allowing one liquid hand sanitizer container, up to 12 ounces per passenger, in carry-on bags.
Q: When is the best time to book flights?
A: Tuesday from 3 p.m. to around midnight is the best time to find competitive airfare. Friday around 3 a.m. is the worst time to find competitive airfare. The best time to book flights (before travel date) for domestic fares is 3 months to 30 days. The best time to book (before travel date) for international fares is 5.5 months to 1.5 months. Cheapest flights are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays flying before breakfast and after dinner (red-eye flights). More expensive flights are on Fridays and Sundays.
