“This Hotel Continues to Promote Joy”5 / 5 stars

Over a year ago I made my first stay at Rosen Inn, the one that is referred to as closest to Universal. Since that review in April of 2017, I have taken advantage of that wonderful inn three times and have only now just returned from my fourth visit. As I noted in my previous review, the rooms are spotless, the staff is incredibly friendly and it has everything the avid Universal fan could want all under one roof.
The Rosen Inn is a favorite among international travelers and after a hard day of riding the amazing attractions it was nice to sit in the enclosed area surrounding the pool and chat with families from Europe. The atmosphere is relaxed at the Rosen Inn, decidedly family friendly and well organized.
I noticed this trip that many of the staff that I met on my first trip were still at the Rosen Inn. I think it speaks volumes for the Rosen organization that the most precious asset they have–the smiling staff– stays with them. From the charming front desk woman to the cheerful man in the breakfast room and the housekeeper (who is meticulous) they each form a vital part of the joy I get to sense when I spend my hard earned vacation dollars.
The shuttle is effective and prompt, the Rosen Inn is directly on International Drive, but also carefully secured by on site security and a secure parking lot. One can actually tell that in the design of the facility that care and concern for patrons was right there in the planning process.
Rosen Inn continues to be a Universal Partner and the reason is evident. The world’s finest theme park requires only the finest places to house their guests. The Rosen Inn a consistent winner that brings consistent joy.
“Brilliant”5 / 5 stars

If there is a better value hotel in Florida, we have yet to find it. The staff are brilliant, and are obviously looked after, as quite a few are long serving. This shows, and other hotel chains should take note. The rooms are spacious enough, comfortable and clean, the breakfast buffet is great value and the bar, well need I say more? As I am the driver in the family, it is nice to be able to relax with a Jack Daniels or two in the evening. We have not yet visited the Shogun Japanese Restaurant, but I am determined to persuade my wife one day. There may well be cheaper hotels in Florida (we have been to one, and it was poor), but this place is terrific. Well done everyone.
