Located inside Universal’s Islands of Adventure, Hogsmeade Village offers Harry Potter themed fun for the entire family. The iconic Hogwarts castle is home to Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, a ride that takes you high above the castle with Harry and his companions and faces fearsome magical creatures along the way.
If high speed thrills are your thing, Dragon Challenge is perfect for you. Climb aboard one of two fire-breathing dragons straight out of Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire. Each dragon offers a different layout of loops, twists, and dives so be sure to ride both for the full experience.
Once you’ve finished riding dragons and flying around Hogwarts with Harry, refuel at the Three Broomsticks eatery which features authentic tastes like fish and chips, shepherd’s pie, pumpkin juice, and the famous Butterbeer.
Hogsmeade also features famous shops like Dervish and Banges, Honeydukes, and Ollivander’s Wand Shop so you can stock up on your chocolate frogs, cauldron cakes, and even your own magic wand during your visit.
Diagon Alley
The newest addition to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Diagon Alley puts you right in the middle of the bustling streets of London where wizards-to-be prepare for their time at Hogwarts.
You can watch as a wand chooses its wizard at Ollivander’s Wand Shop, or pick up some magical novelties at Weasleys’ Wizarding Wheezes. After picking out your new wizarding gear, hit up Gringotts bank where you’ll encounter Harry, Ron, and Hermione as you try to escape the perils of Gringotts.
The Leaky Cauldron eatery offers traditional pub-style British meals to soothe your appetite after a long day of wizarding.
