Magical Midway
This fun amusement park on International Drive has something for everyone. There are plenty of rides for the younger kids such as a carousel and bumper boats. If you are feeling brave, try the Starflyer or the world’s largest Sling Shot. The Sling Shot will launch you nearly 400 feet above Orlando. Magical Midway is open until 12 a.m. so you have all night to enjoy its many rides.
I-Drive 360
For an evening full of fun visit I-Drive 360. Watch the sunset from high atop the Orlando Eye, or ride it after dark to enjoy the city lights. You’ll find plenty of nightlife and bars in Downtown Orlando, but if you prefer something a little more laid back, visit Lake Eola. Enjoy a free concert at the amphitheater or go for a spin in one of the swan paddle boats. In the late afternoon you’ll see plenty of fish, turtles, ducks, and swans along the lake. At nightfall you’ll experience the city lights and Orlando’s iconic fountain all lit up. The swan boats are available for rental until 10:00 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and until 7:00 p.m. Sunday through Tuesday.
