Our uramaki roll has a hearty core of spicy tuna balanced with cream cheese and topped with avocado, salmon, tempura bits, scallions, black sesame seeds, spicy mayo, and eel sauce. The roll is lightly torched and adorned in edible gold flakes
Our golden anniversary marks the year of the dragon, and you’ll find this specialty roll filled with fried soft-shell crab, avocado, and cream cheese, neatly rolled in sushi rice and nori seaweed and topped with sesame seeds, spicy tuna, eel sauce, spicy mayo, and scallions.
The Unagi Nobori or Surging Eel roll represents our rise to the top. Taste success in every bite of crab, salmon, and avocado rolled in sushi rice and nori seaweed and topped with sesame seeds, grilled eel, and savory eel sauce with this limited-edition treat.
