As part of the annual Breast Cancer Awareness month, AdventHealth’s Pink on Parade 5K returns to Celebration for the seventh year in a row on October 13, 2019. In honor of the brave women who have battled or continue to fight breast cancer, this run is attended in droves and continues to raise money to fund cancer research. The family-friendly event brings life and light to everyone involved and is a special way to connect with the greater community. Here are some important details to know before the race begins.
Event Registration
Online registration is currently open and will close Tuesday, October 8. You can register here. Participation packets can be picked up from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on October 10 and 11. Onsite registration will be first come, first serve at 6 a.m. on the morning of the race.
Race Details
The race will begin just outside of the AdventHealth Celebration Cancer Center. After some opening words, the runners will begin at 7:30 a.m. with the walkers starting just after. Using the hashtag #PinkonParade can help raise awareness and let you join the festivities on social media.
