Hatsune Miku – Friday, September 4
Holographic and digitally harmonized, Hatsune Miku is a computer-generated pop sensation with over 100,000 released tracks. Known for her lively 3D concerts, Miku is an out-of-this-world character with a completely digital voice and an endless wardrobe of stage outfits. This virtual artist plugs in at the Dr. Philips Center on Friday, September 8, at 8:00 p.m.
Eli Castro – Friday, September 11, and Saturday, September 12
Decorated comedian and former Orlando prosecutor, Eli Castro and his famous one-man comedy show are back. Castro’s hit solo routine, “Made in Puerto Rico,” first debuted in 2004 — and he’s continued to develop the act ever since. You’ll have two chances to judge Castro’s show, because he’s performing at the Dr. Phillips Center on both Friday, September 11, and Saturday, September 12.
Brian Regan – Friday, September 11
Seen on programs like Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Brian Regan is a veteran comic and Florida native. Known for routines free of profanity and filled with physical humor, Regan and his clean-cut sets are polished enough for the whole family to enjoy. Laugh along with Regan on Friday, September 11, at 8:00 p.m.
Universal Funk Orchestra – Monday, September 14
Universal Funk Orchestra (UFO) packs all the punch of a full-sized symphony with energy and attitude that fans can’t get enough of. In fact, this Orlando local band has a reputation for delivering unique and unparalleled performances. Groove, jive, and jam to the eclectic electro-jazz vibes of UFO on Monday, September 14, at 7:30 p.m.
#IMOMSOHARD – Thursday, September 17
Comedy mom duo, Kristin Hensley and Jen Smedley are #IMOMSOHARD. This adult-only comedy show is not only perfect for moms and moms-to-be, but it’s also a treat for anyone that enjoys a mixed bag of humor, improv, and crowd work.
